Emergesat slots into the line of command logic of the local authorities in the countries in which it is deployed. Emergesat is designed to operate in closest contact with disaster victim populations, and is consequently on call for all emergency aid forces, irrespective of nationality.
Emergesat is at the service of the operational teams in the field:
 civil security,
non-governmental organisations,
international forces, etc.
Emergesat works towards the harmonisation of practices and sharing of resources. It is developing operating methods adapted to meet national specificities, in the areas of line management, regulations, culture and language, with the assistance of its users.
