'Victim Management' (Basic Module)
The "victim management" application enables decision makers to obtain a global overview of the situation, identifying the number of victims, the gravity of their condition, their position at the disaster site and the means set up for their evacuation, on a single screen. Victim data are acquired by means of specialist interfaces such as bar code readers, PDAs or laptops. Where these interfaces incorporate GPS, the software can match geographical coordinates with each victim or group of victims so that their position can be displayed on a map. All these data can be transmitted in real time to the operational command post via the emergesat communication network.

Epidemiology (Private application)
This application can be used to conduct epidemiological surveys, and display the data acquired on a map. In the example shown, these are data concerning the quality of water recorded in situ (using a PDA or laptop). These data can be transmitted in real time to the operational command post via the WIFI (or DSM) network deployed by emergesat. The data can then be displayed instantaneously on a digital map for more efficient decision-making.

Videoconference (Private application)
The videoconference module is an application developed by Alcatel and Remifer. This module enables a number of emergesat partners to cooperate in the virtual mode, while sharing or exchanging graphic documents. These data can be transferred in real time by satellite or WIFI network. Each partner can also obtain direct essac to an application present in another workstation.

Request & Offers (Basic Module)
This application is designed for transmission of major aid requests (tents, drinking water purification kits, etc.) to the emergesat community. These requests are visible to all users (on the equivalent of a blackboard), and each user can offer aid. The "requests - offers" can be presented autonomously or via a coordinator. A map makes it possible to display the origin of the requests and offers more clearly (see Request and Offers map).

Requests from the emergesat partners can be geolocated, making it possible to adjust responses according to the constraints imposed by the actual situation.
